We take referrals for those who are unable to access our existing services. To see what services are readily available for the individual please click here.
Before referring an individual to us we ask that you carry out a legal aid eligibility check for them. To do this, please follow this link https://www.gov.uk/check-legal-aid and carry out the assessment with the indiviudal.
If the individual can seek legal help then they should contact Civil Legal Advice (CLA), a national helpline for England and Wales to get further support on:

If they are not eligible for legal help and you would like to refer to us, please complete the form below and note:
- We can offer an appointment for 1 hour and will help with everything we can during this time, following this if there are still outstanding matters they will need to re-book another appointment with us through our existing services.
- We do not generally take on cases and can only help clients with one-off issues.
Please remind the individual to bring all relevant paperwork connected to the issue
We will respond with the next available appointment slot within 2-3 working days of receiving the form.
