Denise qualified as an employment lawyer at Bates, Wells & Braithwaite, where she specialised in providing employment advice to charities and not-for-profit organisations providing advice services. For several years, Denise provided advice to parents and carers of children with special educational needs and volunteered as part of the South West London Law Centres.
